Member of the Société des chefs, cuisiniers et pâtissiers du Québec, Alexandre Mercure has been working in the restaurant business for over fifteen years. After working at Les Remparts and Aux Cuisine du Terroir in Old Montreal, he developed the art of cooking forest products at La Table des Jardins Sauvages in Saint-Roch-de-l'Achigan. He later became chef of the bistro Ange Cornu in L'Assomption. Today, he dedicates himself to his dream: to cook by giving a priority to the products of his region, Lanaudière, and to make you discover his creations in the comfort of your kitchen!
